- 2 / 5By Scipio SmallsDined In. Dining room was relatively clean. Food was OK. Service was extremely slow at the beginning of lunch hour (12:00). Not crowded (4 in drive thru, 2 at front counter, I know because visible monitors show the orders waiting) but still took more than 10 minutes for a double burger, small fry and small drink. They were fully staffed, just poor customer service and absolutely no sense of urgency. The ketchup pump in the dining room was not functioning and they were out of ketchup packets.
